STOCK DESIGNS & LOGOS: If you’re ordering a school logo and/or design we have on file, simply e-mail
us at art@artshowgraphics.com with the name of the logo and/or design (ie. Wausau West Football Helmet)
and the size. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number in the e-mail. We will contact you
for payment information and any other details required.
NON-STOCK DESIGNS & LOGOS: For school logos/mascots we do not have on file, please e-mail a copy
of the logo and/or mascot you desire along with the size you want to order to art@artshowgraphics.com.
If you do not have a copy, let us know which school and logo you want and we will contact that school for a
copy. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number in the e-mail. We will contact you for
payment information and any other details required.
PHOTOS: If you’re ordering a BigStix with a custom-photo, e-mail the photo to art@artshowgraphics.com.
Be sure to include the height of the BigStix along with your name, address and phone number in the e-mail.

PHOTO SPECIFICS: Scanned photos must be a minimum of 300 dpi at a size of 8” x 10” (3000x2400).
Photos from a digital camera must be taken at a minimum of 3 megapixels at a resolution of at least 2048x1536). We can “up-res” photos to a point, but the final product will only be as good as the photo itself. Any blurring or out-of-focus portion of a photo will re-print the same way. Basically, the better your photo, the better your product.
All photos for BigStx will have any/all background cropped out. Your BigStix will be created and cut-to-shape from the main person in the photo.
PLEASE NOTE: Any photo taken by a professional photographer/business is most likely owned by that business. You must have permission to reproduce the photo by the business or give us the business’s contact information to retrieve the digital photo you would like. Retrieval may result in additional charges.
All orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days upon payment and artwork approval (if applicable).
