1. Can you make a BigStix of my favorite professional sports team or player?
No, we cannot. Artshow Graphics LLC is not licensed to do any professional team logos and/or players (NFL, NBA, NCAA, etc.). We can only create products using our own graphics or your photos/graphics. We can do high school and college as long as the schools and/or logos are not trademarked or licensed under any governing agency (CLC, etc.).
2. What type of photo do you need for a BigStix or other larger printed products?
Scanned photos must be a minimum of 300 dpi at a size of 8” x 10” (3000x2400). Photos from a digital camera must be taken at a minimum of 3 megapixels at a resolution of at least 2048x1536). We can “up-res” photos to a point, but the final product will only be as good as the photo itself. Any blurring or out-of-focus portion of a photo will re-print the same way. Basically, the better your photo, the better your product.
